Diana started in dentistry as a dental assistant in 1988. She later switched to a front office position in 1991. She has been working for Dr. Rusch since 2010. Diana enjoys seeing the smile on a patients face after they complete their dental work. In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jim, and both of her children, Cameron and Courtney. And her new Grandbaby, Josie.

Rachel started her career in the dental field as an assistant in 2014 and just recently made the transition to the front office! Rachel joined the dental field because she enjoys seeing the confidence our patients gain with a healthy/beautiful smile. Rachel is married with two children; she loves photography, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family/friends

Stacy has worked in dentistry since 1992 as an EFDA. She has actually worked in this office for 4 different doctors. She learned all aspects of the dental office and now enjoys working as a business and insurance coordinator. In her free time she enjoys being active, spending time with family and friends, and doing DIY projects!

Carol graduated from Rhodes State College in Ohio in 2006 from their dental hygiene program and started her career soon after. She enjoys helping patients reach their optimal dental health. Carol looks forward to seeing smiles from her co-workers and patients everyday. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, gardening, and cooking.

Taylor started her career in the dental field in 2021 after she graduated from Ivy Tech as a Licensed Dental Hygienist. Taylor's favorite part of her job is being able to work one-on-one with patients to educate and help them achieve optimal oral health. It is always her goal to never let patients leave with unanswered questions.

Taylor has been married to her husband, Zack, for almost 2 years. They have an Australian Shepherd - Sheltie mix. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog and spending time outdoors.

Teresa started her career in the dental field as an assistant in 1985. In 1989, she graduated from IU School of Dentistry with a Dental Hygiene degree. Teresa joined our team in 2019, she splits her time between our Hagerstown and Fishers locations. Teresa’s favorite part of her job is the communication and connection between the hygienist and patient. It takes dedication and education between both to achieve the best oral health possible. In Teresa’s free time she enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.

Cara started her career in 2000 as a dental assistant. She completed 2 years of vocational school to become an assistant and went back to Ivy Tech to expand her abilities and receive more certifications. Cara’s favorite part about her job is getting to know our patients. Cara is married with three kids. She enjoys all things outdoors, in warm weather though because she hates the cold!

Brittney has worked in dentistry since 2011 with Dr. Rusch and Dr. Rich. She is a certified dental assistant and an ortho assistant. Brittney treats everyone like her family and wants to transform peoples smiles and lives. In her free time she enjoys reading, true crime podcasts, and spending time with friends, family, and her daughter Cora.

LeeAnn graduated from the IU School of Dentistry in 1991 and began her career shortly after. She has 25 years of experience and between her dental jobs she was a math tutor for 3 years. LeeAnn enjoys being able to build a relationship with patients and making everyone feel at ease in the chair. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and her precious grandchildren. She also has 2 golden retrievers that love doing outdoor activities with her and her husband, such as boating and hiking.
